Call or visit the Minnesota Department of Public Safety -- Driver Evaluation. They are located in Town Square in downtown St. Paul. They will tell you what you need to do to get your driver's license back after a ten-year old license revocation.

Generally, you must appear at a testing statiuon to retake the written exam and then proceed to the St. Paul Department of public safety to reinstate.
