reckless driving..drivers license revoked 10 years ago ..how to reinstate it

My drivers license was revoked 10 years ago due to a Reckless driving charge..

how do I go about reinstating it..my last name is different now and I have not needed a license until now...

Call or visit the Minnesota Department of Public Safety -- Driver Evaluation. They are located in Town Square in downtown St. Paul. They will tell you what you need to do to get your driver's license back after a ten-year old license revocation.

Generally, you must appear at a testing statiuon to retake the written exam and then proceed to the St. Paul Department of public safety to reinstate.
