I am planning on going back to Minnesota to visit family and I discuse this with my lawyer I had on the case. I dont know if it will be talkin care of a this time but I am wondering if I will get picked up at the airport when I arrive or depart from Minnesota ?

Re: Travling with a warrent

It's not likely that you would be picked up at the airport for something like this. The only arrests I've ever heard of for such things take place when the person gets stopped for something else - expired tabs or a tail light burned out. Then the cop checks his computer and the ---- hits the fan.

Re: Traveling with a warrant

Though possible, it seems unlikely. If a police officer or other person) runs a warrant check on you, they would find any active warrants, and effect an arrest, most likely. I am not aware of routine screening of air travelers for arrest warrants. On the other hand, if you are stopped in a car for a traffic violation, that will normally include a warrant check.
