What exactly is the law about underage consumption in Minnesota. I am wondering because i have heard things about with parents you can, not sure if it is true though. But if it is what happens when both parents have passed away?

Re: Underage Consumption?
I have a page on the topic of underage drinking and driving at http://www.mn-dwi.com/underage.html.
Minnesota Statutes Sec. 340A.503 says that it is a defense if the consumption was in the home with consent and in the presence of a parent or guardian. So if parents are dead, the guardian is in charge.
If you go to Google and type in "340A.503" it should take you right to that statute.
