Legal Question in Education Law in Minnesota
Appealing a Suspension
I am appealing my college suspension. I did not drop two summer classes that were on my schedule and then for my fall semester (second semester at the school) received a 2.46. What would be the best arguments to make for reinstatement? I do have a documented reading disability and ADHD inattentive type. Any advice on what my defense should contain?

Re: Appealing a Suspension
Often university campuses have as a student service a disability group that advocates for students. Your on-campus counselling services may be able to advocate. Also, consider getting assessed by a clinical psycnologist with expertise in disabilities.
