manipulation of POA
83 year old Ellie has been bullied for years by her younger sister June. June pressured Ellie into buying a new Honda, however, June had it put in her name. same with other purchases.Ellie had June and Sister Becky as POA, Becky has been removed, what can be done .

It depends on what type of coersion, if any, was used and the competency of the person who provided the POA.
