trusts
What are my rights concerning being a beneficiary of a trust my late great aunt set up for me through US Bank Private Client Group? Who do I file a complaint with regarding mishandling of the account?

Re: trusts
This depends on the language in the trust. Is the trust unspuervised (i.e. the trustee is not required to file an accounting with a court)? Who, if anyone, is the trustee obligated to provide a periodic accounting to? Have you discussed your complaint with the trustee (appears to be a corporate trustee)? What was the result?
It is probably best to have an attorney become familiar with your particular case and then pursue the matter with the trustee or (if necessary) the courts.
P.S. You can still take a dispute to court even if the trust is unsupervised.
