Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
My 16 year old sons name was put in newspaper under court news for speeding and window tint to dark. Since he is a minor, can they put his name in paper without our permission.

Hello. If I were to assist, I would need to know much fuller information. A few of the questions I would ask are: Was the information obtained legally or illegally? Was the information true or untrue? What was the newspaper's policy?
