Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Accountable

My husband and I are going thru a divorce. We met back in Feb 2007 and came to an agreement about some of the marital items. The items were written down on a piece of paper and both of us signed it. He is now saying he does not agree. Can I hold him accountable?

I doubt it unless the parties acted on it to their detriment somehow. It will clearly depend on the facts. Retain a lawyer. Dennis.
