My sons girlfriend just had his baby on the 15 of june. she wants to have an open adoption. he wants to keep her. she gave the baby my sons last name. but tells him they don't need him to sign the paperwork for the adoption to go forward. what can he do.

Your son should file for custody. I would also advise him to consult an attorney who can walk him through the process.
