Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Adultry and alination of affection

This past May I went to Mn and while there had an affair with a man I had been communicating with.

I am now considering divorcing my husband and moving to Mn and marring this man. My husband and 17 yr old daughter have both said that they would sue us for the cris of adultry and alination of affection. Can they do this? What are the conquences of this kind of lawsuit?
