if you have a inheratince who can freeze them can child support take it for back child support?

In general, depending on the form of the inheritance, it can be garnished more or less easily to pay child support. If the inheritance is in cash, and the child support obligation is in arrears, it is certainly possible to enforce the child support obligation by garnishing the inheritance. If the inheritance is in the form of periodic payments (from a trust, for example), then the payments can be garnished. Frankly, even if the inheritance is not in the form of cash (real estate, for example) it can be attached and garnished, or encumbered by a judgment lien.
