At what dollar amount will Minnesota put out a warrant for back child support owed?

That is entirely dependent on the county and how many cases it has pending. Licenses can be revoked when the payer falls serveral thousand in arrears. Often the best remedy is to file a Motion for Contempt before the arrears grow too significant.
