Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
I am going back to mediation because my wife is trying to hold the kids from me even more than her current right. But in the orginal divorce decree she has been ignornig many things like not asking which school kids can go to and not paying the mortgage on time which is her house and effecting my credit. if she is violating the orginal decree by not following it can i go back and void the orginal decree and try to redo in the state of Minnesota

You cannot void the original decree. However, you may file a Motion for contempt if the decree is not being followed as well as seeking other remedies to remediate the issues. You must consult with experienced legal counsel.
