Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
If my boyfriend is going through court for legal custody and visitation by ENE...and the mother doesn't like me for whatever stupid reason...i have no criminal record and am no threat whatsoever...if she requests to not allow me at visitation that is unsupervised...is that possible?

It is possible, but she will probably have to give a good reason. Why doesn't she like you? Answer: Probably because you are seeing her old boyfriend and the father of he child. That's life.
