child custody

My son in about 5 months old and I recently left his father. His fathers is now trying to threaten me and blackmail me with no proof to get custody of our child. What are the chances that his father could actually get full custody?

Every parent has the right to request custody. It does not mean that he will get custody. He may only get visitation, which could be supervised if there are any safety concerns (especially since your son is so young).
