Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Child Custody

My ex and I have a son. She remarried to an abusive man. He was ordered not to be in the home while my son is there visiting every other weekend. I recently found out he has been. Can I with hold visitation at her home and make her come to mine for the visitations? Or is the illegal and considered going against her visitation rights?
