Child Support

My ex has custody of our 3 boys. 16,18,and 19 years old. All of them dropped out of school. The 16 year old got his ged and is in and out of jail spent over half of last year locked up. the 18 year old works and makes over 8 grand a year. Do I have to keep paying child support?

You should bring a motion to terminate child suport payments if your eldest two children are no longer working toward a high school diploma.
