Hi, I'm the father and I have sole physical and legal custody of my daughter During my daughters court ordered christmas visit her mother and step-father went to walmart with our daughter and attempted to shoplift our daughter is in the police report as a lookout with her mother do i have right to stop visitation I live in wyoming and her mother lives in minnesota isn't it child endangerment if i refuse visitation could I lose custody Thanks for any help

If there is court ordered parenting time, you must file a Motion to modify that parenting time. Until that occurs, the court ordere remains in effect.
