Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
Child visitation
If a man is not yet divorced, will a new relationship be a factor in determining child visitation? Can the wife use the new relationship against him in court, even if the new relationship is not viewed by the child? From what I understand the new relationship would have to be detrimental to the child to even be admissable in court, is that correct?

Re: Child visitation
You are correct that the new relationship would have to be adverse to the chil's interests for it to be considered. Adverse would mean more than morally objectionable.
