Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Do I want my children to be subject to this living situation?

My ex-husband and I have joint physical and legal custody of our two sons. He takes them when I work at night so that I don't have to find a babysitter. My ex has now moved with his new wife and has asked me to let our sons go with them. I didn't have a problem with it because he said he was moving into a house so I agreed. Now, I find out that they have moved into a 2 bedroom trailer house that has no indoor plumbing or running water. There are 6 kids and 2 adults living in the trailer house. In one of the bedrooms, my sons share a room with another boy and a girl. I don't like the whole living situation that my sons will be in. Do I have a good case for getting full custody of my two sons or is the living situation satisfactory?

You will need to take him back to court. Even if you don't get it changed to you having full custody, you still have a right to ask that the schedule be changed until conditions improve where he is living.
