childsupport custody

if the father is not paying child support do i have to let my kid see him every other weekend there is a court order

Your parenting time order is separate and distinct from the child suport order. You cannot withhold parenting time because child support is not being paid. Yoru remedy for unpaid child suport is to file a Motion for contempt.
