Clarification of Order
Can someone please clarify the statement of a judges order regarding custody of my child and parenting time. It reads as follows..
''Respondent will have parenting time on any Friday preceding Respondent's scheduled weekend or Monday following Respondent's scheduled weekend on which the child's pre-school is no in session.''
To me this means that I (Respondent) would have my child on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, even if not my scheduled weekend if my child's school is not in session. I need this answer very quickly and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd have to read the entire Order to say for sure, but it sounds like the intention is simply to allow you to have Fridays and Mondays in addition to your scheduled weekend, provided the Friday or Monday in question is annexed to one of your regularly scheduled weekends and there's no preschool that day.
