Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
What would be the consequences of sending a child (thier own daughter) pornography? Its through text and the ages of the children are 8, 11, and 15, all girls. The pictures are of their mother, and he says he is trying to prove she is a whore. (excuse my language). I'm not sure where this waould fall under, but there was a case with family court and child protection.

Your question is some what confusing.
First, it is a felony to possess or to disseminate child pornography. To be child pornography, it requires that the image is of a child engaged in sexual performance or sexual conduct. Nidity is not sufficient
Second, even possession carries with itpenalties of up to five years in prison.
