Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
Constant threatening by custodial parent
Recently me and my ex went back to court to modify the existing parenting time agreement because i wanted more time with my son. the judge agreed and granted me more time with him. however, because of how contentious my ex was in accusing me of being a bad parent etc, the judge had it written into our order that A.) we must mediate before returning to court, and B.) neither party was to say disparaging remarks about the other or their respective families. The custodial parent continues to put me down in front of the child, and speak poorly of me and my wife to our child--he only recently turned 8. She also constantly threatens to take the child away and take me back to court for being a ''bad father.'' Is there anything I can do silence her or at least show her she cannot treat me and our child that way?
Thank you.

Re: Constant threatening by custodial parent
Take her to mediation and if that doesn't work, go back to court and ask that a parenting consultant be appointed to your case.
