Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I have a no contact order against me placed by the request of my wife. She stated I abused her however the judge ruled no findings of fact. I agreed to the no contact in her ofp. The problem is she calls my phone and emails me as well as facebook requests...is there a law against enticement on her part? The order is not against her just me. I'm sure she wants to see me land in jail for a violation of I ever answered....

No. The Order for Protection affects you alone. She may try to make contact and, under the law, you must not answer or must hang up when contact occurs. You can potentially seek a harassment restraining order.
