Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

contesting no-fault divorce

I would like to know if there is any possiblilty of contesting a no-fault divorce from my spouse? Is there any way of dis-allowing this sort of divorce through the contesting of it?

Re: contesting no-fault divorce

It is only necessary that one spouse feels that the marriage has been irretrrievably broken for the Court to grant a divorce. By trying to stop the divorce you will only end up slowing the process down, incurring more legal fees and potentially damaging your position with regard to legal issues
