Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

What Does This Mean?

I have a court order for child support. In this order it states that I am the managing conservator/possessory conservator of my son. Does this mean I have custody? Also, my ex and I do not have a court ordered visitation schedule? Can he legally take the child and not give him back?

I can't tell from your question which state you are talking about. The language you used is not familiar to me, so I think perhaps you are not taking about a Minnesota legal proceeding.

If you want to visit about this, you may call me at (763) 428-8973.
