court order vs. mutual verbal agreement

If ex's both verbally mutually agree to different arrangements despite what is stated in the court order is it legally binding?

It is not legally binding or enforceable unless the agreement is memorialized as part of a court order. This can be accomplished by having an attorney draft a Stipulation and Order for the Judge's signature.
