Court Orders
I live in MN. My wifes ex took us back to court to change somethings in a previous divorce court order. The new court order addresses these issues. Are things that were not addressed still in effect in the old court order?

It is difficult to say without reviewing the order. However, generally speaking, any provisions in the first order not specifically modified by the subsequent order remain in full force anbd effect.
