Can a child custody case be settled out of court if both parties do not agree to settle out of court.

Any custody case can be settled prior to a Court hearing or trial if each party signs off on a stipulation resolving those issues. In cases where a Guardian Ad Litem is involved, the GAL must also agree to the settlement.
