The monkeying with your mail may be a federal offense. On that one you would start by complaining to the post office and asking them what you should do.

With the credit cards, you should be able to complain to each of the credit card companies and, after proving to them that you did not take the credit cards out yourself, they should be able to clean up what they have reported to the credit bureaus. This could take a lot of effort and time on your part.

Concerning the credit cards, you can also complain to the fraud and forgery division of the police department in your city.

You desicribe this guy as your spouse. I want to assume that was a slip and he is now your former spouse. If he is not your former spouse, I suggest divorcing him ASAP. What he has done could be ammunition in the divorce for at the least a better property settlement, if not some maintenance.
