Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Cudody Questions and Moving out of State

Goodmorning,

I have a question about moving out of state. I reside currently in Minnesota, however I am planning on moving with my children to Wisconsin. I have full legal and physical custody of my children and their father only has visitation rights. Do I need his permission to move out of state?

Thank you for your time!

Amy
