custody and criminal charges
My husband was convicted of statuatory rape when he was 15 and he has to register as a sex offender for the next 4 years, Is it possible to play that in court for full custody?

Your question is far too broad. Much would depend on whether or noty custody was previously determined, the facts of the offense, and whether the parent was in any way negligent in parenting. the charge alone means little.
