Custody and drug issues

I was pregnant and my husband was selling drugs out of our house and one night the cops busted in and did a search and seizure on our house and I am currently getting a divorce from him would this be something to use in court to get full custody of our children?

Certainly a parent's illegal drug use can impact a custody case. However, custody cases are not determined on one issue. Ultimately, a court makes such decisions based on what is in the children's best interests. The criminal charges and drug use could certainly play a criotical role.
