Re: Custody Order

Depending on the specific provisions of the custody agreement/order, you would be entitled to recourse for her noncompliance. She may not unilaterally change the terms of the agreement. Please feel free to follow up with me at my website www.divorcelawyermn.com or directly by email at [email protected].

Re: Custody Order

She is not allowed to unilaterally change a custody agreement if it is in a court order. If your agreement is only informal, you may want to take the matter to court to get it set in writing. Also, we could have a parenting expediter assigned to your case to make sure the custody agreement is followed. We offer a free initial consultation. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.
