Dateing a minor
okay my question is that me and this
girl started to hang out and found
out we really like each other. i really
want to start dating her but im 20
and she just turned 16 so i need to
know would i be fine to date her with
out wereing about going to jail if i get caught with her and another thing is
the whole sleeping together and
what not iv read the laws but that to confusing to figure out what they say
about it all

First of all, the age differense is significant. Her parents could say "no" and seek a restraining order. Since she is a minor that is their perogative.
Second, dating is never unlawful. Sexual contact may be.
Third, sexual contact is not unlawful in Minnesota after the age of 16 unless you are in a position of authority, but I would caution against it.
