Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My daughter has two boys (differant dads) they both have her last name, but the father of the youngest wants his son to carry his last name. Should she seek an attoney? He bullys her on a daily basis.

If he files anything to try to change the name, get an attorney. If she feels harassed, get a restraining order.
