Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
My daughter voluntarily voluntarily entered 30 day in patient treatment facility. She has physical custody of her 4 children ( 3 fathers). Oldest 15, 11, 9, 6...she left care of them with me, maternal grandmother of kids. 2 of the fathers are comply with visitation but the 3rd is not answering the phone, messages or returning calls.
How do I reunite these kids with each other when he refuses to cooperate and return the child?

I am afraid the issue is complex. Parents are presumed to have greater rights than grand parents. If you wish to reunitet he chdilren, you will have to commence a third party custody action. They are not simple or inexpensive. You should consult with experienced counsel.
