Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My daughter's father got custody of my daughter and she now lives with her grandparents. The grandparents are trying to fight for custody and I want my daughter back. There is alot more to the story but I have court today and I want to know what I need to say to get my baby back. I never done any drugs nor drink. I've had my place for 3 years and I have a job what should I do?
