Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My daughters father is working under the table hasn't paid child support in two years but traveles all over the states, doing photography work. He has put these pictures all over Facebook and Twitter to promote his new business, I have contacted the state to make them aware of the situation but no one will help me

If you have an open child support case through the county, contact your child support officer to see if the county can bring a contempt action against him. If the county will not, you may want to contact an attorney and discuss the possibility of doing a private contempt action.
