disposition of assets

Having been married for less than 3 months, if we divorce now would my spouse be entitled to 1/2 our combined net worth? Specifically, I've owned my home for 10 years and had significant equity built prior to our getting married.

Absolutely not.

Marital property is only that property that you acquired during your marriage.
