how do I amend an already filed divorce from 2007? I forgot to have get my name off the loans I co-signed with my ex-wife.

Any property settlements are final. As a result, an division of debt, even simply seeking to have the other party refinance the debt out of your name, is not possible after the decree has been entered absent an agreement between the parties.
