my daughter in-law is having is having a discovery done on my son cause she is fighting for sole custody with visitation & claims he takes cash for jobs done. how much can that cost. she also wants my son to pay for her attorney fees.she makes more then my son. but we think she wants to quit or get fired or layed off so she can be with 3 month old baby. he hardly takes a bottle cause she lives work to breast feed.she is trying to reck my son's life. tells lawyer he is alcoholic & mental abuse. not true. she has a mother that worked for lawyers for years & is doing all they can to make him look like a bad father. she is recking his life.

I just received your message, and understand that you are very concerned about your son's custody case. It is not clear from your posting whether he has an attorney. Considering the issues you have identified, and the apparent difficulty this is creating for him, I would strongly encourage you to help him find a lawyer.
