Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My divorce decree was returned from courts because it needs corrections, the paperwork was sent to my soon to be ex because he is the petitioner. After the corrections made, is my signature required also or can he make changes without me?

The answer depends on what paperwork is being modified. If it is the Agreement, you must resign that document before a notary.
