Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My divorce decree stated the statutory deduction should be applied to my child support but because the decree didn't state the specific dollar amount, child support will not enforce the order. How do I ammend the decree so the child support people will enforce the order issued by the judge in the decree?

I am not sure what you mean by "statutory deduction." If you mean that child support is supposed to be according to "guidelines" but the amount is not stated in your order, then you can motion the court for a set dollar amount.
