Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I am currently trying to get a divorce in hennepin county. My wife is a multiple felon, has tried to commit suicide twice, has sent my children out of state without my permission, then committed wellfare fraud on the children's behalf, and has been addicted to heroin. I have no money to hire a lawyer and have started the Ican service to file for the divorce myself. how can I let the court know about these past transgressions? and how go I go about serving her papers if she refuses to sign? again, I have no money to hire a lawyer or a process server. I also do not know her current address.

You can try to introduce the transgressions at the child custody hearing.

You can have anyone over 18 and not a party to the action personally serve her.

You can serve her by publication with a court order.
