Divorce with kids

I am a mother of 2 children and am just trying to get information on how I can get full custody because the father wants joint custody I don't want it to be shared at all because of some of his harmful habits can I get any information that would help me in court against him?

Custody is determined based on what is in the best interests of the children. That means that a court will consider any relevant evidence related to the care of the children including consideration of 13 factors set forth in Minnesota Statutes.
