divorce

i was married for 26 yrs and my wife passed away april 2002, i remarried jan 2003. now i know i went to fast into this and want out. my first wife bought a house which my 2nd wife and i live in with her 16 yr old son, i also have a business my 1st wife and i started. will i lose all of this if i divorce my 2nd wife? thanks for your time,

Re: divorce

Any asset that you acquired before marriage has a non-marital vaue. That value does not get divided in a divorce and is not shared between the spouses. Often, this is a matter of proof.
