Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
In divorce papers I am to pay $ for equity in home when youngest child graduates school. He signed quick claim deed with marital lien, also says that he can foreclose on my home. Can he do all that if I don't pay?

The other party would have a number of options including filing a Motion for Contempt and seeking to force a sale through court proceedings. In either action, the other party could also seek an award of attorney's fees. You would be wise to consult with an attorney.
