Divorce settlement
I have been divorced since July 1988. At that time I was awarded $10,000 as a settlement which I never received. Is there a statute of limitation on this or am I able to pursue this?

There might be a statute of limitations issue, but I could not say for certain without reviewing your divorce decree. If you live in the Mankato area, I'd be happy to meet with you.
